AI Transformation & AI Services
From the first AI strategy workshop to a sovereign AI platform running inside your own data centre, in Arabic, Kurdish and English. We design, build, deploy and train, and the know-how stays with you.
Most organisations in our region do not have an AI problem. They have a trust problem: data that must not leave the building, documents in Arabic that generic tools read badly, regulators who want to see who decided what, and staff who have been promised magic before.
We built our practice around those four facts. Triangulum designs AI programmes that start with the real work your people do, run on infrastructure you control, answer in the languages your customers speak, and keep a human in charge of every decision that matters. Our own platform, TIP, is the engine for most of it; when another tool fits better, we say so.
What we do
AI strategy and readiness
Where AI pays off in your operation, in what order, with which data, and what it will cost. A prioritised roadmap, not a slide about the future.
Sovereign AI platforms on your premises
Open-licensed language, vision and OCR models running on your servers, with no data leaving the building. Proven with an automated zero-outbound test, re-run on your hardware.
Agentic AI for operations and public services
Assistants that prepare the work and officials who decide. Application review against requirement checklists, drafting, follow-ups, and citizen services over web chat and WhatsApp in Arabic and English.
Document intelligence in Arabic script
Scanned Arabic, Kurdish and English documents read, indexed and answered with the source cited, or an honest "not found". Tables kept intact, figures interpreted, templates respected on the way out.
Workflow automation with a human in the loop
Multi-step tasks (retrieve, analyse, generate, deliver) with every step visible and a confirmation gate before anything leaves the platform. Maker-checker approvals and a tamper-evident audit trail.
AI governance and compliance
ISO/IEC 42001 AI management mapping, AI impact assessments, ISO/IEC 27001 control mapping, data classification that routes sensitive data to local models only, and validation documents for regulated industries.
Integration with the systems you already run
Read-only connectors to ERP, core systems, HR, document stores and directory services first; write-back only where you authorise it. Your database engine, your single sign-on, your backup regime.
AI enablement and training
Hands-on programmes for executives, operations teams and entrepreneurs: which tools, which guardrails, which habits. Your staff run the platform after we leave; that is the design goal.
What you get
A prioritised AI roadmap with a business case per use case
Feasible, limited or not feasible, for every operation on your list, with the data and integration each one needs.
A working platform on your infrastructure
Sized, installed, connected, with role-based access, single sign-on and an audit log your auditors can verify offline.
Acceptance on your documents, in your languages
Evaluation sets built from your real files, with zero tolerance for invented citations, run before go-live and after every model update.
Trained staff and documented operations
Administrator and user training, runbooks, change control, backup and recovery drills with evidence.
Why on-premises, and why Arabic first
Two decisions shape everything else. The first is where the models run. For insurers, banks, manufacturers and ministries in our region, the honest answer is usually inside your own data centre, or a hybrid in which personal, financial and confidential data never reaches a cloud endpoint. We offer all three options and make the routing a configuration your policy can tighten at any time.
The second is language. Arabic is not a translation layer in our platform; it is the first language of the interface, the OCR, the retrieval and the document output. Kurdish Sorani and English sit beside it. That is why a question asked in Kurdish can find an answer in an Arabic circular and return it with the page cited.
What we do not promise
We do not promise percentages before we have seen your data. We do not let a model decide anything a human should sign. And we do not build dependence: every engagement ends with your people running the system.
Where AI pays off, sector by sector
Pick a sector and open a use case. Each one comes from work we have scoped or delivered.
How an engagement runs
Click a step. Short phases, a decision at the end of each, and your people in the room throughout.
Step 1 / 6
Discover
Workshops with the people who do the work. We list the operations, read the documents, map the systems and classify each use case as feasible, limited or not feasible. You get the roadmap and the business case; you decide what goes first.
Platforms that support this service
Questions we hear
Do our data or documents ever leave our premises?
Not unless you choose a hybrid option, and then only the categories you allow. In the fully local option every model runs on your servers and an automated test proves there is no outbound connection. You can re-run that test whenever you like.
Which languages does the platform really work in?
Arabic and English natively, including the right-to-left interface, OCR of scanned pages and document output. Kurdish Sorani is delivered as a language pack with acceptance criteria: enquiry, OCR, cross-language retrieval and translation with a glossary your staff control.
Can the AI take decisions on its own?
No. The platform is built so that a workflow cannot route a decision affecting a person past a human approval step, and nothing leaves the platform (an email, a file, a write to another system) without explicit confirmation. Every recommendation and the human decision after it are recorded together in a hash-chained audit log.
How is it priced?
Per named user, perpetual or subscription, with no per-token or consumption charges, plus a one-time implementation fee that lists every funded development item by milestone. Hardware, high availability and disaster recovery are itemised options. Ask for a proposal and you will see the five-year cost on one page.
Tell us the problem. We will tell you honestly if we can help.
A 30-minute call with a consultant, in Arabic or English. No slides.
