Dr. Wissam Mattout founded Triangulum in Dubai in 2020 after a career leading insurance operations across the Middle East and Africa, most recently at COO level at Allianz. He wrote The Underdog Leader, a framework for leading under pressure that now powers the QAID advisor in TIP, and he speaks regularly to banks, insurers and universities in Iraq and Lebanon.
He is Lebanese, works in Arabic and English, and still runs the first diagnostic meeting with every new client.
